To ensure that owners of Partner Solutions products can receive the same high levels of aftersales service that standard Roland technology customers enjoy, Roland DG (UK) Ltd. is contracted by the Partner Solutions developer to deliver warranty cover through its RolandCare service.*
When you purchase a new Partner Solutions product, you will benefit from a full one year Partner Solutions warranty, delivered by RolandCare. This warranty cover includes all telephone, web and engineer support, plus all parts, labour and transport costs within the UK mainland.
*This is subject to a formal agreement between Roland DG (UK) Ltd. and the company responsible for developing the Partner Solutions product.

Technical support response time starts when a Roland Technical Support Advisor qualifies that an engineer is needed.
Partner Solutions and/or their component parts are restricted for use with the model or models agreed by Roland DG (UK) Ltd.. Their use in conjunction with any other Roland product would invalidate any pre-existing Roland warranties or service cover agreements.
